I meant for these flying bird earrings to be an abstract piece. And still, they turned out in the shape of a bird flying into the sun, thus getting their name.
I hand-crafted these flying bird earrings out of black and white polymer clay and added crackled gold leaf accents.
The discs are approximately 1 3/8″ in diameter. The length with the hook is 2.5″. They are stamped on the reverse side with my initial – letter “Y”.
