Happy Tu B’Shevat – the New Year of the Trees!
For this holiday Center Makor, a Jewish educational and cultural center in Brookline, MA, selected four artists to created pieces that accompanied the story of the Jewish holiday that marks the start of spring in Israel. The project was shown as part of City of Masters series that feature artists and artisans of all trades from our community and beyond.
It was great honor as well as great fun to be selected to participate in this art project. And isn’t it amazing how the pieces look good together, considering that the artists didn’t see one another’s work before it was put together!
